Ashes & Steel Studio will host a one-year anniversary celebration at their 347 Depot Street location in Asheville, North Carolina, on Saturday, November 9, 2019 from 7:00-11:00pm. To commemorate the salon’s year of successful business, co-owners Gary Topple and Alejandro Jimenez are hosting “WHITE PARTY: The Anniversary.” Guests are invited to dress in white attire, and enjoy live music by DJ Dimitri, along with white-themed cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and dancing. All are welcome to attend.

Master stylists Gary Topple and Alejandro Jimenez launched their innovative salon in November of 2018. The studio features 10 styling chairs; a blow-dry and treatment bar; a bridal suite for wedding hair services; and an inviting café. The salon specializes in precision haircuts and styling, hair color, highlights, blow-drys, updos, Keratin treatments and Great Lengths extensions. During the past year, guests have enjoyed the salon's focus on creativity, transformation, and the highest level of customer service.

In its first year of business, Ashes & Steel Studio has demonstrated successful growth from clientele to sustainable practices to community involvement. For example, Nick Arrojo, international celebrity hair stylist, and Ronnie Stam, Creative Director of Oribe Hair Care, both visited Ashes & Steel Studio, demonstrating their expertise to guests and staff. The salon participated in the 2019 Color Me Goodwill charity event and raised funds for The Franklin School of Innovation, a tuition-free public charter school in Asheville. With a strong commitment to reducing the salon industry’s environmental impact on the planet, Ashes & Steel Studio decreased water usage over the past year and re-directed 80% of the salon waste to be repurposed into planet-friendly, green solutions.

“We are thrilled to be celebrating a spectacular year in the River Arts District,” says Topple. “Ashes & Steel continues to offer an exceptional salon experience for our clients. We look forward to celebrating the salon’s success on November 9th with our guests and friends in the community.”
