For these groovy nails, nail tech Rose Riggio used Minx solid nail coatings, pressing them on and setting them under a heat lamp. Do-it-yourself flower nails are simple: Apply base coat, then use a small eyeliner brush to make a little dot with bright polish. For petals, add more dots around it in another bright shade.
