Backscratchers Salon Systems, Elk Grove, Calif., has a new salon education program, the Salon Success Club, which has strengthened the company’s connection with its customers. Michael Megna, CEO and founder of Backscratchers says, "The new program is just one of the many new initiatives we’re launching in 2011 to give nail professionals the emotional support, technical as well as business know-how, and encouragement to help them succeed in business."

"Backscratchers has been a leader of inventions and education in the nail industry over the past 27 years, so sharing the hard-to-find business wisdom is natural," says Megna.
