To cater to nail professionals, the site has a protected login that offers professional products priced specifically for licensed professionals, students, and salon owners. After logging in, nail techs will find the Backscratchers Salon Systems site they are accustomed to. Without a login, consumers will be able to shop for retail products only.
The company introduced Backscratchersbeauty.com to help meet shopper demand for a convenient, reliable, online purchasing experience. “I am pleased that we will be able to offer new products and partner brand products to the consumer, while still catering to the professional nail technician,” says CEO Michael Megna. “Customers shopping on either site will continue to receive outstanding customer service, quality products, and the best education offered directly from the manufacturer.”
