Why not try wearing bright colors in winter? Marie Claire's January 2013 issue asked the question after noticing a steady trend in the fashion world toward bold, spring-like colors.

"Using very colorful makeup is an expression of doing something purely for fun and pleasure," makeup artist Tom Pechuex told Marie Claire backstage at a Peter Som show.
