California Adopts Emergency Footspa Cleaning Regulations

The California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology has implemented emergency footspa cleaning regulations. The new regulations are effective immediately. The new cleaning requirements include using an EPA-registered hospital-liquid disinfectant and circulating it in the basin for at least 10 minutes.
