Effective March 1, the California Board of Barbering & Cosmetology is raising its renewal fee to $50 for all manicurists, cosmetologists, estheticians, electrologists, and barbers. The renewal delinquency fee will be increased to $25. All renewal and renewal delinquency fees postmarked on or after March 1 will be subject to the new fees.
