1 min to read

When a reader asked Glamour beauty columnist Andrea Pomerantz Lustig for advice on creating a smooth, lasting manicure at home, she turned to CND nail stylist Roxanne Valinoti to spill her secrets. Roxanne said, "Start with a base coat. To help color go on clump-free, roll the bottle between your palms first. (Never shake it, that creates air bubbles.) Hold the wand with the brush parallel to the fingernails, not pointed down as if you were holding a pen, and polish will end up super sleek."

The beauty editor went on to list Essie nail polish in Flawless as her fave pink.
