Fire Damages Nail Polish Manufacturer Warehouse in Santa Ana, Calif.

A four-alarm chemical fire broke out at La Rosa USA Inc., a nail polish, nail polish remover and acrylic nails manufacturer, in Santa Ana, Calif., according to CBS Los Angeles. The fire broke out around 1 a.m. on Aug. 28 and firefighters contained it six hours later.

More than thirty 55-gallon drums of acetone, alcohol, and glycerin used for the beauty products inside the building caught fire.

The cause of the fire is unknown, but firefighters believe a large stack of pallets caught fire. It is currently under investigation by the Orange County Fire Authority, which has not yet returned a phone call from NAILS.
