Florida is making it even easier for consumers to complain about unlicensed activity in its state. The Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DPBR) recently launched a toll-free number, (866) 532-1440, for unlicensed activity complaints for several professions, including cosmetology.

“My top priority for the department is to improve our customer service, and the toll-free line will give consumers an increased protection against unlicensed individuals,” says DPBR secretary Simone Marstiller.
