According to the March issue of Harper's Bazaar, women in their 30s should add bright colors to their manicures. The magazine says, "Springs neutral colors call for candy-colored accessories. The easiest? Bright polish, which "'looks chic and works with most skin tones,' says OPI executive VP and artistic director Suzi Weiss-Fischmann. 'But wear your nails short, which looks cleaner and more elegant.' Try a universal pink like Essie in Status Symbol or a hot red-orange like OPI in OPI on Collins Ave. Not sure if bright nails will pass muster at the office? Put it on your toes."
