It’s So Easy has announced the winners of the second-annual Summer Fun Nail Art Contest, where nail artists from around the United States entered their summer-themed creations using only stripers, paints, and polish; no enhancements or embellishments were allowed. Online voting determined the top 50 finalists and the It’s So Easy Nail Art Team placed the winners. Grand-prize winner Martha A. of Central Falls, R.I., received $1,000, second-place winner Mary R. of Wabash, Ind., received $500, and third-place winner Pamela K. of West Mifflin, Pa., received $250.
