The publishing world is celebrating little girls’ love of nails with a new series of books targeting 7- to 10-year-olds. The “Sparkle Spa” series from Simon & Schuster Children’s Publishing is about two sisters who open up a mini-nail salon within their mother’s successful, busy salon. Penned by Jill Santopolo, the three Sparkle Spa books released so far are titled “All That Glitters,” “Purple Nails and Puppy Tails,” and “Makeover Magic.”
