InStyle magazine issued a reader poll, asking their audience hard-hitting questions about their mani/pedi services. The results were featured in the mag's October 2012 issue.

A whopping 77% of readers said they prefer traditional manis and pedis with regular nail polish while 20% of readers are now doing gel manicures, leaving only 3% of readers using stick-on strips like nail decals.

Also, 51% of readers said they do not tidy up their nails and toes before a mani/pedi.
