This weekend, R&B legend Mary J. Blige took to New York during her Strength of A Woman tour. Celebrity manicurist Gina Edwards provided glam manis using Gelish polish for the shows in Brooklyn's Ford Amphitheater on Friday, August 18th and Madison Square Garden on Saturday the 19th.
For the Brooklyn show, Edwards used the shade "Sunrise in the City" to create a metallic bronze look.
On Saturday, Edwards used Gelish again to give Blige edgy yellow talons for her performance at Madison Square Garden, which marked her final New York show of the tour.
The anniversary campaign includes a proposed French Manicure Day and submission of the original French Manicure Kit for consideration by the Smithsonian's Personal Care and Cosmetics Collection.
