To close out their International Educator Training Week, Nail Harmony UK hosts the exciting Gelish Gala, complete with speakers, entertainment, and exciting industry announcements.

On June 22nd, 2018, the directors at Nail Harmony UK, Georgie and Jason Smedley, hosted the Gelish Gala, which was the cherry on top of the Nail Harmony International Educator Training week. Special guests at the gala included CEO of Nail Harmony Danny Haile, Nail Alliance’s Jake Daniel, and brand experts Vu Nguyen, Kristina Manners, Antony Buckley, and Krasimira Petrova.

The tropical themed gala had over 250 guests in attendance, who enjoyed entertainment from 2017 X Factor contestant Rai Elle, the Halo Fire artists, as well as a magician and a silhouette artist.

During the event, Nail Harmony revealed their newest project, Beauty Talk Radio. Created by brothers Jason and Mark Smedley, the station will go live on August 1st and provide 24/7 audio content for listeners. “BTR is made up of uplifting music, great guests, and only ever good news,” Jason explained. “Heaven for beauty professionals and their clients!”

The winner of the #cherishgelish competition was also announced during the event. Attendees got to view the final five entries and vote for their favorite with applause. Kayleigh Morgan won the biggest applause and will enjoy an all-inclusive trip to Mexico in September.

Finally, Georgie Smedley brought Cristopher Kitchen to the stage to talk about his business. Kitchen founded Book in Beautiful, a tailored salon bookings service that is currently offering a three month free trial for all mobile therapists and salon owners.

At the end of the night, Nail Harmony invited guests to ditch the heels, and provided flip flops to save any aching feet—a memorable end to an exciting event.
