The Contessa Awards celebrated their 25th year at the Westin Harbour Castle in downtown Toronto. Among several winners in hair categories, Elfi Lemieux’s collection helped her to take top honors in nails. The Canadian Nail Artist of the Year for 2014 presented a collection with several on-trend looks including art deco, smoky, and negative space. Lemieux is from Montreal.
