SEARCHOPI teamed up with Houghton Bride to create a manicure with a twist.
OPI joined Houghton Bride for the line’s first “Engagement Party.” The event took place on October 14, as part of NYC Bridal Week. Over-the-top nails were paired with non-traditional wedding gowns, dresses, and tailored suits. Designer Katharine Polk chose traditional French manicures for models then added a very different twist. Nails were painted with a base of OPI nail lacquer in Samoan Sand and DS Glow (a rose gold hue infused with diamond dust) on the tips and placed rhinestones along the smile line. These nails paired well with the Houghton collection, which featured beadwork, lace, and silk on romantic blouses, cigarette pants, and ruffled skirts.
