In January, OPI launched a brand new pro website dedicated to the needs of the nail professional. The mobile-optimized site aims to provide an education hub for professional nail content, and a place for business optimization and conversation with fellow professionals.
“By creating a more dynamic space for professionals we hope to increase an already strong loyalty from our OPI professionals,” explains Sigourney Nunez, OPI global educator. “We want to build up this community and bring value by helping talented entrepreneurs build up their businesses, their skill sets, and their depth of knowledge.”
• The Education Hub will serve a vast variety of professional nail education content, including product usage and benefits, pro tips, nail art, tutorials, and troubleshooting tips. It will be a space for the user to explore and uncover relevant education content. It is designed to support all nail professionals in their chosen journey, including business education and how to become an OPI educator.
• The Step by Step module allows users to dive into details of each class, then users are prompted to take the Interactive Quiz after each class. The user data and progression are captured and shown to the users via a Progression Bar and on the Dashboard to contextually support the pro on their education journey. This is a gamified and personalized experience where users are rewarded with fun badges and status levels for their progression and achievement through their journey.
Users can also access the latest color collections and shop for products and gifts.
