While everyone else is spending their money on this season's new nail polish shades, Lisa Logan, Beyoncé’s manicurist, is mixing last year's hues to make new ones, according to Cosmopolitan's October 2011 issue.
Pour two compatible shades into one bottle and shake until they are completely mixed. Certain color combinations replicate some of the hottest shades on the market right now.
Popular color combos:
Magenta and black make a deep purple similar to OPI's Russian Navy.
Lilac and silver glitter make a sparkly neutral lie Revlon's Starry Pink.
