Phylicia Henry, known as Ms. P to her students, is a licensed Nail Specialty State Board Instructor in New York. She is also a travel enthusiast, who is inspired by all the locations she has visited or longs to visit.

Her Passport Nails are designs based on national flags, geographical features, and inspirational photos.  Henry started posting her work on Instagram several years ago but today, when travel has been made more difficult because of the COVID pandemic, her “take-me-there” nail designs give a taste of a place without needing to pull out your passport.
