Smudges and Chips Can Wait

Various on-hand products are available to quickly fix chips and other nail crisis. Self magazine recommends trying Deborah Lipmann’s Bring on the Bling, a sheer sparkle polish, to restore fading polish. CND’s Air Dry Top Coat is also good to prevent yellowing as it’s packed with UV absorbers.

But what about nail chips and smudges? Try Orly Smudge Fixer; it helps to diffuse the color and hide mess-ups. Or, do you have something a little worse like a nail snag? Try Kiss Maximum Speed Glue paired with a piece of tea bag that matches the size of your nail. Cover the nail in glue, press on the sheet using an orange stick, let it dry, file, and then re-polish.
