Enter NAILS’ fourth annual Celebrity Face Off Nail Art Contest and test your skill at portraiture while paying tribute to your favorite famous faces. Contest rules are simple: Using a photo as a guide, paint a mini-portrait of any well-known celebrity on a #1 tip. Submit both the nail tip and the photograph (with the celebrity’s name on the back) to arrive at NAILS by July 17.
Mail your entries to NAILS Celebrity Face Off, 3520 Challenger St., Torrance, CA 90503. Don’t forget to include your name, salon name, address, phone number, and email address.
