Cosmopolitan's fall nail guide provides a step-by-step guide to create an oil slick look on your nails.
To create the design:
First, apply a base coat.
Next, randomly dot blobs of cobalt, baby blue, teal, rose gold and gold onto nails.
Then, take a toothpick and make zigzag lines from side to side then up and down to create imperfect swirls.
Finally, repeat the process on all your nails and seal it with a top coat. Note: Each nail will look different.
