Whitney Mazzacoli, a nail tech at Mario Tricoci Hair Salon & Day Spa’s Oak Brook, Ill., location, won the company’s Summer Nail Art Contest. The contest challenged nail department staffers to submit one photo of their nail art that shows two hands of their work. Voting took place on Instagram and within the company. “Whitney is a talented technician who is always brainstorming on new ideas for nail art,” says Tricoci nail director Amber Edwards. “She worked hard and had a great entry. We have 137 nail technicians and Whitney won by a landslide with 30 more votes than any other entry.”
