Retired nail tech Bredetta Kendricks is one of the founders of World's Largest Tip Day, which launches tomorrow, May 1. The campaign calls for clients to send money to their beauty professionals while staying home and sheltering in place. Clients can use an online payment platform of their choice. If money is scarce, they can simply call or text to check in on their beauty professional. With so many salons shut down due to COVID-19, now more than ever, a simple text or a small tip would boost the morale of those working in the beauty industry.
