Challenge 9, sponsored by Bio Seaweed Gel asked our Top 4 to recreate their favorite neighborhood on 10 nail tips. The design had to be made using gels and gel-polish and had to contain 3-D elements. Embellishments were also allowed. Contestants had to upload a tutorial to Nail Art Gallery to show how they made their set. This week’s guest judge was Hellen Luu of Bio Seaweed Gel.
