For 15 years, Lisa Marie Arnold has been the owner of Salon & Spa Solutions. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, she is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Broadcast Cable. Her 20-year beauty career path has taken her from telemarketer for Davidson Beauty Supply, to outside sales representative for Goldwell of Pennsylvania, and finally to her ultimate goal — salon marketing and management consultant. She is also a tradeshow speaker, in-salon educator, and trade publication writer.
