It isn’t every day you find a mention of nails or nail techs in Interview Magazine (the art, culture, and fashion magazine that was founded by Andy Warhol back in the late ’60s). But it’s there that we found this little snippet about our very own “man-icurist” Tom Bachik. In addition to doing countless covers for NAILS, he’s worked for many professional nail companies (even starting a few of his own) and he’s currently Chanel’s first-ever official celebrity manicurist. Over the years, he’s taken his love of graphic art from skateboards to emery boards. It’s fun to see nails pop up in unexpected places. Way to go Tom!
