Hi everyone, the 2nd testing over anatomy went well — not great, but I got an 88%. Anatomy of the skin, skin structure and growth is my area of focus and next testing. So far it’s challenging but quite interesting. Don't get me wrong, I'm really over theory on these tests. I eat, sleep, dream, and breathe nails. And I love to do them but not study them! I am starting to realize I have no social life — just school, family obligations, more school, and less time in my day. I honestly wake sometimes thinking I’m late for school. The last few weeks have been slow in the salon. I practice on the students that are still there in the summer — and myself. Going part-time really has its downfalls considering there is less time each day for me to get practice. One day I was actually booked all day with clients I have found who have been coming to me faithfully. Honestly, I'm so ready to get this schooling over, pass my state board, and get into the salon and work. Get Nailed, Wabash, Indiana, here I come! SNAP.
