Alves De Lima has been in the beauty industry for over 10 years, most recently at Protek Labs (HotStyler & Activ8). Prior to that, she was the Midwest/Southwest regional sales manager at Spilo Worldwide and general manager/vice president of sales for Lotrudic (Checi).
