International Beauty Expo: Pele Stamping Nail Art

This process works by putting any nail polish on a stencil-like plate, scraping away the excess polish, pressing the stamping pad into the design, and then stamping the design from the stamp onto the nail. Pele offers various plates that come with different designs like animal patterns, floral patterns, and Hello Kitty.
