OPI Goes to the Grammys

OPI made its presence known at last night’s Grammys. Carrie Underwood wore OPI nail lacquer in Danke-Shiny Red and an accent finger in What Wizardry Is This? Each ring finger had the accent nail. What Wizardry Is This? is a Liquid Sand lacquer made especially to promote Disney’s “Oz The Great and Powerful” and will be available in March. OPI manicurist Bobbie Naohara was looking for a nail design that would complement Underwood’s black lace dress. Danke-Shiny Red was also applied on Underwood’s toes.

Singer-songwriter Adele wore OPI nail lacquer in Hands Off My Kielbasa! topped with OPI Matte Nail Envy to accessorize her Valentino Couture dress. Celebrity manicurist Kimmie Kyees chose the matte top coat to give Adele’s nails an edgy finish. Hands Off My Kielbasa! is part of OPI’s Spring/Summer 2013 Euro Centrale collection which launched just last week.
