Empower Nail Art. I enjoy asking attendees that visit me in the CND booth what is new and cool outside my bubble. The most repeated response was that I just had to check out Empower. I have now tried it and am so impressed with how thin, workable, and fun it is to work with. What have you been doing with yours?
