Are Chips Ever “In”?

InStyle’s Reader Poll asks whether chipped nails are Tacky, Not a Big Deal, or A Cool Look. Almost half of readers (49 percent) voted chipped nails are tacky while a little less than half (47 percent) said they weren’t a big deal. The last four percent said they look cool, actually.
