A Bewitching Halloween

by NLS Staff | October 12, 2010

Use the items in Color Club’s Bewitching Collection kit to create this abstract Halloween nail art design.

1. Apply Color Club Spellbound polish on the left side of the nail. Use Color Club Charmed I’m Sure polish to create a moon shape on the right side, slightly overlapping the orange.

2. Apply Color Club Bewitching polish alongside the purple polish. Accent the corners and the border of the orange and purple polish with Color Club Hocus Pocus glitter polish.

3. While polish is wet, pick up Art Club Bewitching Nail Gems with tweezers or an orangewood stick, and place them along border of the black and purple polish, then arch some gems inward for a whimsical effect. (If the polish is too dry, dab a small amount of clear top coat onto the nail first.). Then place a few gems on top of the orange polish. Apply one to two coats of top coat.

Mini Masterpiece Nail Art 2019: Urban Drama

by Katherine Fleming

Congratulations to Jodie Rahaley, who took the top spot in this year’s Mini Masterpiece nail art contest after entering the two previous years. Her detailed, contrasting rendition of “Urban Expressions” by Michael Lang impressed the judges. Other beautiful entries ranged from the ever-popular Vermeer to Dali and Basquiat.
