1. After applying a thin layer of Speed Clear to the body and free edge, apply a thin layer of Metallic Pearl from the cuticle to the free edge. (You have the option to keep design on the free edge.)

2. Outline circles with the black acrylic paint. By keeping the brush vertical, you will have more control of your line thickness.

3. Fill in space with black paint to connect bubbles. Add lines and dots for more detail.
