1. Polish the nail blue.
2. Using white polish, make a rectangular base.
3. Using a nail art brush and orange paint, make a hollow flame.
4. Fill in the flame with yellow polish. Using gold glitter, make a circle around the flame. Add rays. Apply top coat.
