It was a sad day when Luchia Etchamendy’s Palm Pilot died leaving her with no way to know when her next client was due. So Etchamendy, the owner of Lucia’s Hari and Nail Salon in Hesperia, Calif., passed the time between appointments as pleasantly and productively as possible by adorning an inexpensive polish holder with colored acrylic nail art. “I usually use it to hold my primer. These things can get pretty ugly with all the liquids that can get splashed on them,” says Etchamendy.
