What do you get when you cross an airbrush gun with a paper clip? Innovative and unique nail art designs. This simple but unusual idea is the brainchild of Tarry Miller, president of East Coast Air Brush (Massapequa, N.Y.). Says Miller, “There are big and small paper clips, and with a little twist of your imagination, you can create a variety of designs on your clients’ nails.” Miller says one paper clip can produce at least seven different curves and twists. “The best way to check out what your paper clip can offer is to test out different combinations by twisting the paper clip,” he says. Miller recommends practicing your designs on a piece of paper first. “I think that once you have experimented with the paper clip, you will be very surprised and pleased with what it can produce.”
