Charlene George, cofounder of Nail Emporium, died July 8 due to complications from massive stroke she suffered late June.

Mrs. George and her husband, Jim, founded Nail Emporium in Anaheim, Calif., 38 years ago. Since then, the distributorship, now known as International Nail Manufacturers, has grown to be one of the largest nails-only distributorships in the country. She is survived by her husband, two children, and eight grandchildren.
