Here’s a suggestion from a nail technician for dealing with a sometimes troublesome primer bottle: set in a shot glass. The bottle sits upright and won’t spill to tip. You can set a nail polish bottle in the glass also.
The shot glass will hold it at an angle without tipping over, so your brush can reach the last bit of polish.
