For the second time, Creative Nail Design president Jan Bragulla has been named the National Nail Technicians Group’s (NNTG) Person of the Year, announced Karen Lessler, president of the NNTG.
Bragulla was honored for her diligence in helping the NNTG increase its membership by 1,100 general and associate members in 1991. She also contributed time and resources to launch the NNTG’s Day of Learning education program.
