Hand Candies by the brand Bath by Riley are manicure scrubs that are individually-wrapped in candy wrappers. We think they’d be a great salon retail item or a unique product to use in a “We Want Candy” manicure. The line was developed by 12-year-old aspiring nail tech Nicky Riley, with the help of her mom Lorie, a veteran professional nail tech of 20 years. Their goal was to create a travel-friendly line of fragranced scrubs that Nicky could take to school.
