LCN’s Miracle Glitters are a new, thicker consistency, light-cured glitter gel with a unique hologram effect. The large glitter particles, suspended in clear gel, dramatically change their appearance depending on background color. Over white gel, the glitter is more subtle and translucent; over black gel, the glitter becomes brighter and more intense.
