1. Create an ombre using Akzéntz Luxio Bombshell and Luxio Shock. Cure each coat for 30 seconds in an LED light. Apply Luxio Matte-On top coat and wipe the tacky dispersion layer. Using Akzéntz Gel Play Paint in Black and a large dotting tool, make five dots going from large to small for the dragonfly’s body. Add two large dots for the eyes and cure.
2. Add four dots for the wings. Using a Bio Sculpture Upper Arch brush, add two small brush strokes for the antennae. Cure.
3. Finish the wings using the Upper Arch brush and Gel Play Paint in Black. Cure and wipe the tacky dispersion layer. Using the Upper Arch brush, paint a small amount of Luxio Shine-On into the wings. Cure for 10 seconds. Using a small foam eyeshadow applicator, apply Born Pretty Holo flakes to the wings for an iridescent look.
4. Go over the holo flake wings with Luxio Shine-On. Cure for 30 seconds. Use Born Pretty Resin to attach tiny gemstones to the eyes.
