Congratulations to Catherine Cote of Candy Nail Bar in Montreal. She won the nail award in the 23rd annual Contessas, a program that recognizes Canadian beauty professionals. She won Nail Enhancement Artist of the Year. (The award for Nail Art Technician of the Year has been discontinued.) These are her three winning photos.
