Dianne arrived at this month's cover shoot with her family in tow (that's her husband Jim Johnson with their son.

This month’s cover was truly a team effort. Last month’s cover tech, Salina Rush from Loudonville, Ohio, stepped in to provide our model with a stellar pedicure (she used Gena’s Pedi Care products) and Dianne D’Agnolo of Too Much Fun in Mission Viejo, Calif., airbrushed the toenails to finish off the feet.

D’Agnolo, who with her husband Jim Johnson owns Too Much Fun, began her career as a cosmetologist and nail technician before entering the manufacturing side of the business.

The airbrush guru, who travels the country with baby in tow, created the cover look using Too Much Fun’s airbrush colours. She first applied a crystal white base coat to all 10 toenails. Next, she sprayed white paint on all the nails. D’Agnolo created a custom “spring green” colour by combining primary yellow and true green pigments together. She airbrushed this custom green along the sides and around the cuticle areas of all the toes. She followed this with a light misting of white paint to slightly buffer the green.

While D’Agnolo was airbrushing the nails, her husband kept himself busy with work — and little Nicholas helped too.
