On Sunday November 13, 70 nail professionals gathered in London, Ontario, Canada, for the third-annual CNTC Networking Event. The Canadian Nail Tech Association was formed in 2008 to provide Canadian nail professionals the opportunity to network, learn, and gain exposure to new products. This year’s event exceeded expectations and donations for goodie bags and door prizes poured in from manufacturers and distributors, according to event founder Dayna Knight and partner Laura Merzetti. “With representation this year from both sides of the border, this event is quickly becoming a must-see,” says Knight. Knight and Merzetti are already looking forward to the fourth annual event next year slated for Sunday November 4, 2012. Also in the works are plans to host similar events across Canada with local educators and vendors. For more information on the CNTC, look for them on Facebook or e-mail cntc@daysofbeauty.ca.
