The flat nail art competition will be held on Monday, January 4. This contest will be strictly on artistic ability with the use of flat paints and polishes only. Contestants are encouraged to include costuming as part of an entire theme.

“We have had an exceptional response from nail techs all over the East Coast,” says Marilyn Clark, director. “The manicurists and nail technicians are just delighted to have their own show and competition at last.”
